April 9 is the launch date for Vigo County citizens to appear in person at the county clerk’s office to vote early. The office will be open 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Saturdays through May 7th. Hours on May 7th will only be 8 a.m. – Noon. The office is located in the County Courthouse at 33 South 3rd Street.
